The Captain James Preston House B&B is open seasonally.
General Information
• Two nights required on weekends May through November.
• Three nights required on holiday or special event weekends.
• Check in is by appointment, and generally after 3 p.m.
• Check out is 11 a.m.
• Complimentary breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Off street parking is available (1 car per room).
• Smoking is not permitted.
• Unfortunately we cannot accomodate children or pets.
• Guest rooms can only accommodate 2 guests.
• Gift Certificates Available for Purchase.
Cancellation Policy
• If cancellation occurs prior to 2 weeks of your reservation, a $10 processing fee will be charged if we cannot rebook the room.
• If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of your reservation, a $10 processing fee will be charged. In addition, if we cannot rebook the room we charge 1 night's stay plus tax.
• There are no refunds for early departures.
Payment
• Visa / Mastercard, cash and travelers checks are acceptable forms of payment.
• A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• An additional 7% room tax is required.
